Friday

Check in anytime after 16:00

Relax, get settled into your surroundings partake in a greeting with your fellow retreat participants

19:00    Our first yoga and meditation class with Yoga Nidra, and Crystal sound bath a deep relaxation session to fully arrive and let go into your retreat ( 2.5 Hours)

Saturday

09.00      Yoga

10:00      Hike the spinx trail Glendalough (3.5 hours)

13:30       Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food! ( Local Restaurant)

Free time – Options to explore the local area or stay and relax and enjoy  your surroundings.

18:00       An evening of  Yoga with gentle guided meditation practice ,  Cacao Cermony  with estatic  dance and live music  followed by a Crystal  Quartz Sound Bath  and Reiki Healing, optional card readings also available.

10:00         Woodland walk and cold water river dip (optional)
